Michael Livingston

Mike Livingston has specialized in investment sales and office and industrial leasing in both the Greater Puget Sound and Spokane areas, providing a unique perspective for practices in a variety of markets and product types during his 25+ year commercial real estate career. Beginning in 1989 with Cushman & Wakefield of Washington, Mike worked on a variety of office and industrial assignments in the Greater Puget Sound area. Assignments of note included representation of Opus Northwest, Intracorp, The Committee for the Seattle Commons, and AAA Washington.

Since joining the Spokane community in 2001 with Kiemle & Hagood Company, Mike has focused primarily on office leasing and sales, investment sales, and representation of organizations requiring specialized real estate services. Assignments of note include representation of Itron, Spokane Public Schools, The City of Spokane, Greenstone Commercial, and Central Valley School District. 

Mike is actively involved in the Spokane community and has served on the Board of Directors for the following organizations: University District Public Development Authority (past Chair), Citizens for Spokane Schools (Chair), Junior Achievement, Manito Golf & Country Club, and youth league football, basketball and baseball coach.

Professional involvement includes Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (past President), Washington Association of Realtors (board of directors), and the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP). Mike was selected as the WSCAR Commercial Broker of the Year in 2012. Mike graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 1980.
