Getting Started with Your New CBA Member Compass Account
When you log in to the new Member Compass portal for the first time, the setup process will vary depending on when your information was added to our system.
Going forward, you'll log in using your email and new password, so be sure to make note of your new password and update it on all your devices.
If you were in our system before February 12:
You'll go through a quick password reset process:
- Enter your registered email address.
- Click "Set Password."
- Verify your email using the link sent to you.
- Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password.
- After resetting, log in again to access your new Member Compass.
- You can choose to stay logged in for 14 days by checking the box at login.
If you were added to the system on or after February 12:
You'll need to create a new account:
- Select "Create an Account."
- Enter and verify your email.
- Once verified, your name will auto-fill in the login setup.
- Create your password and click Next.
- On the next screen, your name and billing address will be pre-filled (these fields are not editable).
- Update your phone number and shipping address if needed.
- If applicable, enter your license number and expiration date.
- Click Save to complete setup. You'll be redirected to your new Member Compass.
- You can choose to stay logged in for 14 days by checking the box at login.
